Pranger Kozijnen takes care with your data. This statement explains which personal data we collect when you use our website or contact us, why we do so and how long we keep it.

What data do we collect?
We only collect data you give us yourself, through the forms on this website:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number and your message.
- Quote request and quick quote: name, address details, email address, phone number, details about your home and the windows you want (type, dimensions, glazing, colour) and any notes.
- Measuring visit request: name, address, contact details and your preferred date.
- Online consultation (Microsoft Teams): name, email address and the chosen time.
- Newsletter: your email address.
We never ask for data we do not need, and we do not collect special categories of personal data.
What do we use it for?
- To answer your question and get in touch with you.
- To prepare a quote, schedule a measuring visit and carry out the work.
- To help you prepare your ISDE subsidy application, if you ask us to.
- To send you the newsletter, if you signed up for it.
On what legal basis?
For quotes, measuring visits and carrying out an order we process your data because it is necessary for the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to it. For answering questions and improving our service we rely on our legitimate interest. For the newsletter and for analytics cookies we ask your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long do we keep your data?
Requests submitted through the website are kept for a maximum of one year, after which they are deleted automatically and permanently. If you become a client, we keep the data relating to the order and invoice for as long as the law requires: the Dutch tax retention period is seven years. Your newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe.
How do we protect your data?
Requests received through the website are stored encrypted (AES-256). The website works exclusively over a secure connection (HTTPS). Only staff who need the request in order to help you have access.
Do we share your data?
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for commercial purposes. We do use a number of parties that support us, with whom we have concluded data processing agreements:
- Our hosting provider, where the website and the data are held.
- Our email provider, for sending and receiving messages.
- Microsoft Teams, if you book an online consultation.
If you apply for ISDE subsidy, you do so yourself at the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) using your DigiD. We supply you with the invoice and technical details; we have no access to your RVO account.
External services on this website
On pages with a service-area map, map tiles are retrieved from OpenStreetMap. Your IP address is passed to that service, which is technically unavoidable in order to display the map. Fonts and other files are loaded from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties for those.

We use only functional cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. Read more in our cookie statement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data. You may also object to processing, withdraw your consent and request data portability. Send your request to [email protected]; we respond within four weeks. If we cannot resolve it together, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
We may amend this privacy policy if our working methods or legislation change. The current version is always on this page.
